The nuts and bolts are that this is a first class operation. We are the second owner of a roof that was installed by oneway. Yesterday, Sunday there was a massive rain storm in Jupiter and we had a leak. I email Oneway thinking they would call me on Monday but within and hour Patrick Dooley, the estimator called me and told me he would be by first thing in the morning. He was and then a crew came within an hour of his visit and repaired the roof which has a 10 year warranty.
Couldn't be more pleased or impressed by their service. THANKS
