asphalt-shingle

Shingle roofing materials.

By far, the most common type of roof material used in South Florida is the standard three-tab asphalt shingle. This is a very affordable option for most homeowners and is offered in a wide variety of colors. Most shingle roof materials have a 20 year warranty with some extended to 30 years. We can also assist you with upgraded shingles, such as architectural and wood.

tile-roof

Tile Roofing Materials.

Tile is a very durable option for many homeowners and will often last longer than the materials under the roof. Tile is not prone to rotting or insect damage and it\’s excellent in areas with a potential for wildfires. Because of the weight of the tiles, structural reinforcements may need to be made when switching from another roof material.

“Finding myself with a leaking roof and a dishonest previous roofer made me very hesitant to call another for help. I was very impressed by the compassion and honesty displayed by Mike and his colleagues at One Way Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for honesty and reliability in their roofing needs. Thanks again, Mike!.”
